I’ve always loved solving problems and bring order to the chaos. It leads me to help someone to improve his living conditions.
I see our profession as a fortress: a place where customers can find some comfort and protection; they can feel reassured in comparison to what frightens them. I am not scared of our replacement with robots.
Only a deep empathetic listening can guarantee a complete customer satisfaction, because when you take a decision, it is not important only objective data but also the social and personal consequences that the decision implies.
I write fantasy novels and I am a serial reader.
I love travelling.
I am a great passionate of food and wine.
I never pass on sport.
I find my best moment in the peace of my home.

Then, I try to find concrete and useful solutions to the problem.
Even if they are against customers’ wishes.
Actually, I am not a yes-man, not at all.
