I am a lawyer registered with the Turin Bar Association, partner at Athena S.r.l. S.t.a., where I have been the head of the Sports Law Department.
I began my career in sports law at a prestigious Milanese firm specializing at both the national and international levels.
Since 2017, I have been a member of the Italian Association of Sports Lawyers (A.I.A.S.), where I have served as the Coordinator for the Piedmont region since 2018 and, from 2020 to 2022, as the Coordinator of the National Legal Tech & Esports Commission.
Since 2021, I collaborate with Lega Pro in relation to the virtual sports championship "eSerie C," and since 2022, I am a lecturer in Administrative Law of Sports at the University of Turin and educator for the CONI Piedmont Regional Sports School.
I periodically collaborate with some of the most important Italian universities, sports promotion organizations, and private entities that offer post-university courses and master's programs.
I have contributed articles to prominent legal journals in the field and participated in the writing of various manuals on Sports Law and Esports Law, including "Legal Aspects of Doping" in "Physical Activity: Physiology, Exercise Adaptations, Prevention, Sports Therapy, and Nutrition," published by Poletto Ed. in 2019; "The Role of the Professional Coach" in "Sports Law," published by Giappichelli Ed. in 2020; Co-editor and author of the manual "Esports: Regulatory and Contractual Aspects," published by Giuffrè Editore in 2022; Co-editor and author of the manual "The Game - Legal and Socio-economic Aspects of the Video Game Industry," published by La Tribuna in 2023.
I am also a co-founder of the online legal journal "Esports Law Review
