She was born in 1984 and she graduated from I.G.E.A Accounting Institute in 2003, at Erasmo da Rotterdam Institute.

As soon as graduated, she joined the Dr. Marcello Persico staff. Her scholastic background, with the practise experience and the relationship with customers, make her a point person for all customers.

The constant desire to learn, the passion for the quality of her work and a natural sense of duty make her a vital resource for our company.

When did you decide that this would be your profession?

This profession has been my first choice since my graduation. The possibility to face every day different problems in economic, accounting and labour field, leads me enough to increase my skills and my expertise.

What is your opinion on the work you cover in the contemporary panorama?

Running the payroll department, especially on the Italian scene, is something very important and delicate. Staff costs are often one of the most important in a company’s budget, which is why it’s important to keep an eye on everything around it.

When you are not at work, which are your hobbies?

I love to spend all my time with my family and in particular, with my son.

But a little shopping never hurts!

What is your philosophy of customer care? 

I see all the customers problems like mine. I listen to them and fathom with questions if I suspect that the customer is not sure of his conviction.
